谈到薪水，下面两点值得注意

在你看下面由Robert Half Technology提供的IT工资之前，请了解以下两点对薪水的影响:

1）Robert Half前几年就改变了只是列出薪水范围的方式，只是简单地从低到高的列出一个工作的工资范围。今年，他们则倾向于列举工作经验，经验越多薪水越高。为了使今年的数字与去年有关，下面列出了从占比百分数第25 (重要的，高度相关的经验)到第95 (比典型经验更丰富的经验)范围内的工资。此外，Robert Half不再计算从去年的工资中增加/减少的百分比，所以本文将不会提供。

2）地域对薪酬水平有很大影响。例如，在美国，同样的IT工作，达拉斯比平均水平多支付10%，而在埃尔帕索则减少了28%，在阿克伦少了11%，在波士顿多了34%。薪酬最高的区域是旧金山，比平均水平高出40%，在纽约最高的地方比平均水平高出40.5%。所以，在你提出薪资要求之前，先考虑一下地理因素。
